Great article. Totally agree. Adding to the list - the move to summer tryouts in some regions is a big disruption for families and coaches. The “business” of club volleyball is taking over in many ways.
This is spot on! You nailed it, who is this for…. my daughter left club and its “politics” for beach vb and keeps her love for the game going with that and with her school team. Club vb needs work to sustain the love for the sport. Excellent article.
